Job Description

We are look for team members that thrive on using their skills and experience to solve challenging problems and maintaining the running systems.
Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot PC’s and laptops and Printers.
  • Troubleshoot network devices routers, switches, Access points and Camera systems.
  • Install and configure wired and wireless network infrastructure
  • Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems
  • Install and Manage windows clients.
  • Manage infrastructure system including ( DNS, DHCP, file server).
  • Support for LANs, WANs, VLANs, Routing, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or any related field.
  • From 0 to 3years’ experience preferred.
  • Very Good Command of English.
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Very good analytical skills.
  • Team player.
  • Eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work flexible working hours.
  • Knowledge and Support for LANs, WANs, VLANs, Routing, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
