Job Description
- Oversee elements of the design and construction processes.
- Develop, Organize and review building plans, as well as preparing construction drawings for client.
- Ensure that construction projects meet environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards.
- Determine and schedule different stages of submittal drawings packages (contracts, License, construction packages process according to client needs.
- Present the previous projects problems to the work team to ensure that they are not repeated on similar projects.
- Work to raise the efficiency of the engineers while ensuring the distribution of work equally.
- Reviews designs or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure.
- Coordinate, revise and accept Shop drawings and Material Submittal.
Job Requirements
- BSc. in Architectural Engineering.
- Min. 10 years of relevant experience.
- Specialized knowledge in (structural designs- structural requirements- HVAC System).
- Compliance with government codes, laws and regulations.
Specialized knowledge program:
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent use of Internet and e-mail system
