Job Description
- Lead and directs the work of others
- Oversees and plans all architectural –construction role may include.
- Supervise and evaluate work of subordinate architects and technicians.
- Responsible for final specifications, approval of ordered materials, and overall guidance on objectives and concepts
- Prepare temporary works drawings and site related design drawings
- Dealing with problems that might come up during building.
- Responsible for Managing the communication and coordination with Consultant
- Responsible for preparation & control of Shop & As Built drawing & coordination with all disciplines
- Responsible for engineering coordination – Civil – Architectural – MEP
Job Requirements
- BSc. in Architecture Engineering
- 8-12 years of experience
Specialized knowledge:
- AutoCAD
- ArchiCAD (Recommended)
