Job Description
Job Scope:
- Generally, control project from start to finish-including Layout Design and License documents.
- To ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Developing Design concepts
- Developing ideas keeping in mind client’s needs
- Building’s usage and environmental impact
- Produce detailed blueprints
- Make any necessary corrections and compile project specifications while keeping it within budget and time-line
- Presenting projects with Digital presentation, mood boards & 3D shots
- Executing design development documents
- Executing construction documents (exterior & interior)
- Coordination with other Disciplines
Job Requirements
- BSc. In Architectural Engineering
- 5-8 years experience
Specialized knowledge:
- AutoCAD
- 3D Max & Vray (Not Essential)
- Adobe Photoshop
- SketchUp
- Microsoft Office
Skills:
- Creative and innovative thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent use of Internet and e-mail system
