Job Description
- Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all package plans.
- Arranges reservations and routing for passengers at request of ticket agent.
- Processes reservation by mail or telephone.
- Know how to issue tickets, reissue & refund.
Job Requirements
- Males & Females.
- Must have Amadeus course
- Excellent English is a must.
- Familiar with one the following systems ( Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre )
- Computer proficiency.
- Aviation Travel councilor with minimum of 1 year experience.
- Have good knowledge about hotel reservations
