Job Description
- Lead a team of quality control engineers and technicians to ensure all quality control procedures are performed correctly.
- Improve and update quality procedures as needed to meet the required standards.
- Ensure that all of the requirements of NSFA are met.
- Examine the quality of all raw materials before entering the warehouse and reject material that does not meet quality standards.
- Provide training for all quality personals as well as GMP and GHP training for all food operators and handlers.
- Create and monitor all quality related documents.
Job Requirements
- Good command of English language.
- Perfect knowledge of HAACP, ISO 9001 requirements, ISO 22000, GHP, GMP and BRC.
- Bachelor degree in a food technology related major (Additional courses in food quality and safety is a must)
- Leadership Skills.
- Communication Skills.
- Preferably resident of Giza.
