The main role is responsible for creating and implementing effective business plans in light of the company's vision with an emphasis on analyzing various market trends and identifying potential clients and projects.
Identifies new leads and/or clients.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Attend meetings, conferences and industry-related events.
Compile applicable documentation in order to be pre-qualified and/or enlisted for general or particular projects.

Preferred Degree in Architecture/Fine Arts
Sound Knowledge of Marketing and Business Strategies.
Sound Knowledge of construction with an emphasis on finishing and fit-outs.
Sound knowledge of design, drawings and material.
