Job Description
- Accountable for implementation of PRP programs and their verification.
- Lead the Factory HACCP studies.
- Work in collaboration with production team to create a product “Quality monitoring scheme “ to cover the CCP points –output of the HACCP – and control points which impacts other physical or sensory attributes of the product.
- Accountable for Validation and Verification of detection devices/ others.
- Reviews daily the results of CCP’s/ OPRP’s monitoring and other relevant control points and provide assurance of review for product release.
- Responsible on the investigation of food safety and quality incidents.
- Responsible on Customer complaint investigation and RCA.
- Provides trend analysis of verification activities.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 year of experience in a relevant role in food manufacturing or pharmaceuticals.
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Vet. Or Science.
- Excellent command of English.
- Good command of Word & Excel
