Job Description
- Responsible for the operational programs of the stores, which are in the end to achieve the main objectives of the institution.
- Execution of exchange, refund and addition permits.
- Responsible for organizing storage units, shelving and safety of stocks according to storage instructions.
- Oversee the workers during the operations of adding, arranging and properly organizing the stocks in accordance with the instructions.
- Suggest improvement, remedial and preventive measures that will improve the performance of the work under his administration.
- Submit a weekly report to the warehouse manager and warehouse coordinator to show what has been done and what has been postponed with the reason.
- Responsible for keeping all records of the quality models of the management of warehouses and all its works subject to internal audit.
