Job Description
- The selected candidate should welcome customers to the show-room and answer their queries.
- Handle and resolve customer complains and needs through technical troubleshooting.
- Check inventory to ensure product is in stock and still valid not reach to be expired.
- Organize and handle all products in the show-room.
- Ensure pricing update daily
- Handle the online channels including YouTube and social media pages
Job Requirements
- Suitable/related university degree
- Good command of English language
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Has very good communication skills.
- Should be able to multitask as they have to manage a number of people
