Job General Information:
- Working Hours: 09:00 am to 06:00 pm
- Working days: 5 working days/week
Primary Goal:
- To assist team in market projects, and office resources management.
Primary Duty:
- Managing the Spare Parts Opportunities, handling secretarial tasks and logistics arrangements, and assisting in sales teams’ administration.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage the Spare Parts Opportunities by handling its communication and securing customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Sales Team by handling its Secretarial Part.
- Handle Secretarial tasks by dealing with company’s correspondences and communications (sending, receiving, responding, translating, etc…), and maintaining a consistent filling system for hard and soft versions.
- Assist in the Team Resources Administration by Managing the Team’s resources and their maintenance.
- Handle Logistics arrangements by organizing company’s team meeting in/out the office, and organizing travel schedules and reservations for company’s team as well as foreign delegates.
- Assist in Marketing & Branding, by handling Inventory Stock, and Purchases.
Job Requirements
Gender and Age:

Education:
- B.Sc, Commerce, B.A. Business Administration, B.A. Arts, B.A. Linguistics, B.Eng
Experience:
- Not a Must. Yet, an experience up to 3 years with similar job description will be an added value.
Languages:
- Excellent English and Arabic Spoken/Written/Typing
- Any additional mastered language is an added value
Computer Proficiency:
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
- Able to Learn and Use any New Needed Business Software
Qualifications:
- Experience with Commercial Terms
- Highly qualified for office organization & filing Systems
- Experienced in translating “commercial” letters from Arabic to English and vice versa
- Able to successfully interact with customers and principals
- Quick and efficient is performing assigned work load
- Able to Comply with Extra Hours (when needed)
