Job General Information:
- Job Title: Accounting Manager
- Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM
Primary Goal:
- Managing the Accounting Activities of the Company
Primary Duty:
- Responsible of Registering, Maintaining, Organizing and Reporting of Financial Transactions
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage Financial Transactions by Registering the related Financial Transaction Data
- Manage Financial Transactions by Organizing Related Documents
- Bookkeeping Financial Transaction by Adding to Daily Book
- Manage the Company’s Registries by Visiting the Related Governmental Authorities
- Participate in the Preparation of the Accounting Reports
- Manage the Petty Cash Flow by Following the Company’s Process
- Track Human Resources by Handling the Attendance Time-sheet
- Handle Suppliers Purchases following the Company's Procurement Process
- Optimize Purchases by Revising and Analyzing Suppliers Offers and Invoices
- Optimize his Performance by Reporting his Activities to the Financial Director
- Optimize the Performance of his team’s Accountants

Education:
- University Degree: Bachelor in Accounting, English Department, with at least “Good” grade
- Performed or Totally Exempted of Military Services
Experience:
- Having Worked 8 to 10 years as Accountant or Accounting Manager in Private Sector in the Trading Business
Languages:
- Fluent Arabic & English Spoken & Written
- Extra Language is an Asset (optional)
Computer Proficiency:
- Excellent with Windows OS
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
