Job Description
We are Hiring Call Center Representative in our Cairo branch that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Support and provide superior service to customers via phone.
- Use questioning and listening skills that support an effective telephone conversation.
- Provide customers with products and services information.
- Process documents, forms and applications.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written command of the English language.
- Excellent conversational skills through the phone in English.
- Good computer skills (typing skills will be considered an advantage).
- Attention to details.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to reach assigned targets.
- Residence in Giza or near to it.
- Flexibility
- Good sales and negotiation skills
