The Role!
- You will build, and develop a complete QA program that not only safeguards the quality of our services but also fosters a “Quality Culture,” in which all employees become actively engaged in guaranteeing quality.
What will you do?
- Create and maintain Operations Manuals and Document Control Center
- Work with interdepartmental stakeholders to conceptualize and implement quality improvements, new processes and new businesses for Bosta operations
- Extract, review, and interpret operational data to identify operational issues and provide solutions which optimize service levels, efficiency, and overall process flows
- Perform audits and review of standard operating procedures to streamline and automate operations.
- Create the documentation process for all audits and quality-related activities
- Champion Quality Framework in Bosta
Job Requirements
Who are you?
- Previous hands-on experience in a Quality focused environment to take our services and processes to the next level with respect to the accuracy, security, and safety.
- Data-driven and goal-oriented
- Six Sigma certificate is a plus
Personal qualities
Influencer - able to rally a team behind an idea and get stakeholders (both internal and external) to buy into your ideas
Project management - Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a structured and logical way
Track record of ‘getting things done’ - Operational knowledge of the business and how it works today
Enjoy working in a fast-changing, collaborative environment with ambitious targets designed to disrupt a major global market
