Job Description
- Identifying and calling on potential new customers, creating value propositions that meet the customer’s needs, managing implementation, developing ongoing customer relationships and troubleshooting customer problems.
- Achieve revenue target, retain existing customer, increase customers base and ensure collections are maintained within company standard.
- Closing deals for both prospects and existing customers through presentations, contracts negotiations, promoting and explaining services features and benefits and solving obstacles.
- Analyze revenue and shipments results and take corrective actions to drive the company revenue quality.
- Increase sales revenue and expand client base by acquiring new business and retaining existing customers’ base.
- Meet reporting time lines including weekly, monthly and one-off reports.
- Ensure maintaining a good number of prospect customers to support achieving the assigned revenue target.
- Managing customer’s issues and inquiries, coordinate with other departments, and ensure timely response is provided, high customer satisfaction level is achieved and existing customers are retained.
- provide full support in customers special / one off project requirements, coordinate with the respective stakeholders and monitor project till successful implementation is achieved.
- Maintain required documentation and files for all active, non-active, and prospective clients.
- Daily coordination with operations department for any customer issues.
Job Requirements
- Specialized at selling freight services both Air & Sea with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Has own a car.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Certified General Cargo and DG is an advantage.
