Job Description
- Manage Exports, International Trade, Customer Service & support Business Development
- Exploring new markets for export develop and maintain customer database.
- Receiving potential consumer’s inquiries for export.
- Preparing export offers according to client needs and the company's procedures.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
- Develop sales proposals and present sales contracts.
- Negotiating prices, payment, and delivery terms.
- Build a long-term business relationship with clients.
- Arrange production plans for export with planning team.
- Contacting and negotiating shipping companies
- Follow up export payment collections.
- Receiving and executing export documentation.
- Evaluates and qualifies export markets and opportunities through market analysis.
- Participate in the policies and procedures manual with the export manager.
- Searches about the targeted countries' legal, economic and political changes that may affect the export operations.
- Ensures the delivered products regularly comply with each country's rules and regulations.
- Follows up on logistical operations, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of the shipments
- Prepares monthly process reports covering export activities to be reviewed with the Export Manager.
- Follow up with all Clearance Procedures regarding Shipments
Job Requirements
- Fluent English and Arabic languages
- Good communication and relationship with the team.
- Knowledge of the customs' procedures and basic required documents for customs clearance
- Hard worker, motivated and self-driven person.
- Good communications skills in general
