Job Description
- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
- Determine key supply chain KPIs.
- Suggest solutions for process improvements.
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Provide constructive feedback
- Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors.
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors
- Working with procurement managers and buyers to select products that are in demand and will sell
- Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers
- Planning the best way to get goods from suppliers to distribution centers and retailers
- Tracking shipments and stock levels using computer software.
- Working with retailers to make sure they receive their goods on time and in the right condition
- Looking at ways to improve supply chain networks
- Monitoring overall performance to make sure targets are met
- Preparing forecasts and inventories
- training and managing a team of supply chain staff
- Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed
- Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps

Job Requirements
- Post graduate studies are prefered (MBA is prefered)
- Planning and organizational skills
- The ability to motivate and lead a team
- Spoken and written communication skill
- Problem-solving and math skills
- +10 years’ experience
- Very good computer skills
- BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
