Job Description
- Handle the recruitment cycle starting with posting the job ads, screening C.V's, scheduling interviews and making first interview for junior and supervisory jobs
- Manage the onboarding program for the newcomers.
- Manage the probationary performance assessment with the department’s heads.
- Manage the satisfaction survey for the employees. And make the needed analysis and recommendations
- Prepare the JD for all jobs including required business competencies.
- Coordinate the process of performance appraisals management for all staff.
- Coordinate in designing all engagement plan for staff and analyze its results.
- Handle internal communication: memorandums, quarter meetings, yearly events, etc.
- Lead the exit interviews and present the needed analysis.
- Prepare the TNA in collaboration with the department’s heads.
- Monitor the planned training programs and evaluate its ROI (return of investment)
- Develop and update HR policies & Procedures in order to align all business units and ensure corporate efficiency.
- Perform the job evaluation and assist in design the salary structure.
