Job Description

  • Handle the recruitment cycle starting with posting the job ads, screening C.V's, scheduling interviews and making first interview for junior and supervisory jobs
  • Manage the onboarding program for the newcomers.
  • Manage the probationary performance assessment with the department’s heads. 
  • Manage the satisfaction survey for the employees. And make the needed analysis and recommendations
  • Prepare the JD for all jobs including required business competencies. 
  • Coordinate the process of performance appraisals management for all staff.
  • Coordinate in designing all engagement plan for staff and analyze its results. 
  • Handle internal communication: memorandums, quarter meetings, yearly events, etc. 
  • Lead the exit interviews and present the needed analysis.
  • Prepare the TNA in collaboration with the department’s heads. 
  • Monitor the planned training programs and evaluate its ROI (return of investment) 
  • Develop and update HR policies & Procedures in order to align all business units and   ensure corporate efficiency.
  • Perform the job evaluation and assist in design the salary structure.
