Purpose of the Role

  • Focuses on supporting project execution and development of research design and proposal
  • Gains a broad understanding of product-relevant CE business
  • Supports in client interactions

Research Design & Proposal Development:

  • In accordance to instruction of manager collects information for proposal writing, adapts/prepares proposal documents and presents to project manager
  • Assists in developing survey designs/analysis designs/project reports, adapts existing questionnaires or creates questionnaire drafts/standard questionnaires

Project Execution:

  • Supporting (international) project coordination - that means coordination with internal local service units/Operations/GPS, in smaller/standardized projects whole responsibility could be possible
  • For local projects: translation and programming checks, filtering, continuous field work coordination jointly with Operation teams, prepare instructions for Operations (in addition to defined instructions of global product)
  • Supports in refining report structure, based on the standard report structure of global product
  • Quality checks of data

Analysis & Reporting:

  • Report populating – creates or adopts graphic presentation of data, creates and modifies excel spreadsheets
  • Translates client briefings into analysis design/data cuts (in standardized projects)
  • Under supervision: looking for trends in data and preparing graphic reports with solid commentary and analytical insights, conducts basic analysis with e.g. AnalyzeIT, SPSS
  • In very standardized projects: giving live/telco (part)presentations to the client according to instructions by the manager, typically jointly with more senior colleagues

Client Management:

  • Handles small client requests on a daily level
  • Communicates with junior and mid-level clients in coordination with more senior colleagues
Job Requirements
  • Typically 5+ years of work experience (after bachelor degree)
  • Bachelor or master degree

Technical Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of respective product
  • Working knowledge of market research tools and methods
  • Basic project management skills
  • Excellent language skills in English
  • Advanced in MS Office
  • Working knowledge in statistics
  • Working knowledge of analysis techniques
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of relevant tools like AnalyzeIT, SPSS
