Role and Responsibilities

A Technical Project Manager to support its rapid growth operation in Egypt.

Working out of Cairo office, the technical project manager plays a vital role in ensuring the successful deployment of new implementations and support of existing installations and has impact on company success
Work with key partners and clients around the world to deploy and support new technology solutions
Monitor all deployed sites to ensure optimal performance with a specific emphasis on third party applications
Develop and deploy proactive measures to guarantee system excellence
Coordinate support resources via partners and contractors to resolve any identified issues
Maintain an advanced knowledge of company products and tools in order to utilize this knowledge to strength the company operations
Become an expert in the technology solutions deployed by Green Solutions and be that interface with our system and lead efforts to support these systems
Initiate, plan, execute, monitor and close the projects according to best practices
Manage all the system engineers and ensure optimum response and resolution times for incidents

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Possess and demonstrate an extremely high level of professionalism in all interactions, written and verbal
Be dedicated to servicing customer and partner needs and requirements
Be able to work on your own, showing initiative at all times partner with other departments within the company to fulfill needs of the role
Have a demonstrated ability in problem solving and troubleshooting
Have excellent planning, communication and reporting skills
Had a degree level or higher in relevant field
7-10 years’ work experience in project management, co-ordination or support role in the fields of information technology, parking management solutions, CCTV, access control systems
Must have a client facing and back of house experience
Fluent in English and Arabic (Mandatory)
Proficiency in: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Projects and SQL
Cisco Certification, Microsoft certification a major plus
Relevant technology experience providing client focused support services and project management
