Job Description
- Calling all assigned leads and filtering them.
- Inserting all leads into the CRM.
- Handling (English courses, under and post graduate students inquiries’)
- Counseling students and finding them the appropriate universities as per their qualifications.
- Advising the client to choose the appropriate study solution and follow up with him till signing.
- Making sure to follow all ministries of higher education regulations in terms of accredited universities and courses.
- Implement workflow process through CRM
- Coordinate with the operation department to complete filling out applications.
- Submitting applications to the chosen universities.
- Obtaining offers from universities
- Keep the client updated with the all of the process stages
- Arrange accommodation for the student
- Follow up with the client till he/she arrives the required destination.
- Taking part in all RSA events
- Handling any extra duties assigned by the top management.
- Attending any needed training session
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- 2 to 5 years' experience.
- Excellent spoken & Written English.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent Presentation skills.
- Sales Skills.
