Job Description
- Provide follow up to the existing clients.
- Handle Pre and Post-sale customer queries over the phone, email & faxes.
- Manage, coordinate and resolve customer complaints and escalate priority issues.
- Perform Basic Transaction recording ( Orders – Queries – Revenues – Expenses – Follow-ups)
- Coordinate transactions (order confirmation, cash collection, shipments, finalizing customer orders
- Follow up with customers for (Incomplete purchase- complaints follow) if required
- Track and coordinate incoming shipments with courier to ensure safe receipt
- Receive & proceed with return and refund requests and convey policy with customer on case by case basis
- Coordinate offline marketing activities with other team members
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information.
- Recommend potential improvements, products or services based on our customer feedback
- Record product, packaging, and order information on specified form.
- Collect customer's data and forward the sales orders to the logistics phase.
- Complete all logs and document all call information
- Provide other supportive tasks as required
Job Requirements
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Customer Service experience is a plus
