Main Duties:
- Direct & Design
- Managing & interpreting customer requirements
- Providing technical presentation
- Negotiating tender & contract terms
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance
- Calculating client quotations & proposals
- Administering clients accounts
- Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
- Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
- Establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly.
- Working to weekly and monthly sales targets
- Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.
- Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information.
- Working closely with other teams to develop new business.
- Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor of Engineering, Applied Arts, Fine Arts
- Very Good English
- 1-3 years of Experience
Technical Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
- Excellent knowledge of 3ds Max or relevant
- Excellent knowledge of Revit
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design
