Job Description
- Help and assist in all company legal matters.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials, etc.)
- Dealing with the investment authority and government departments.
- Assists in drafting and administering all contracts.
- Follow up the incorporation, amendment, registration of the board meetings and ordinary and extra ordinary general meetings.
- Support all company departments by providing the supporting legal documents needed in the performance of their jobs.
- Prepare cases for legal action of various kinds and secures evidence and documentation.
- Assists in preparing, drafting, and reviewing all types of contracts for the company from partnership contracts, franchises, work, and other contracts.
- Probe any infringement that may occur in the company submit a report to the HR and Legal manager regarding it and applying the provisions of Labor law and penal regulations.
- Advise HR on employment law related matters.
- Any other assigned legal tasks.
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in Law.
- Good command of in English and computer skills.
- Registered at the Egyptian Bar Association.
- Legal experience not less than 2 years.
- Experience in construction and real estate companies is preferred
- Very good Communication Skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
