Job Description

  • Help and assist in all company legal matters.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials, etc.)
  • Dealing with the investment authority and government departments.
  • Assists in drafting and administering all contracts.
  • Follow up the incorporation, amendment, registration of the board meetings and ordinary and extra ordinary general meetings.
  • Support all company departments by providing the supporting legal documents needed in the performance of their jobs.
  • Prepare cases for legal action of various kinds and secures evidence and documentation.
  • Assists in preparing, drafting, and reviewing all types of contracts for the company from partnership contracts, franchises, work, and other contracts.
  • Probe any infringement that may occur in the company submit a report to the HR and Legal manager regarding it and applying the provisions of Labor law and penal regulations.
  • Advise HR on employment law related matters.
  • Any other assigned legal tasks.
     

Job Requirements

  • BS Degree in Law.
  • Good command of in English and computer skills.
  • Registered at the Egyptian Bar Association.
  • Legal experience not less than 2 years.
  • Experience in construction and real estate companies is preferred
  • Very good Communication Skills
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
