Job Description
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service.
- Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
- Record outbound call history and customers response in detail.
- Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
- Handle customer needs and requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.
- Refer customers’ needs or inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Finalize the deal through the call and send all the required documents to the customer.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Be able to follow instructions precisely
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, and multi tasks
- Age is not more than 35
- Excellent selling, communication, negotiation and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills so as to understand customers’ needs and how to fulfill them
- Proven Track record in sales and target achievement
- Good English
- Good in Microsoft Office
- Good Business writing Skills
