Job Description

  • Handling Email response.
  • Cancellation requests.
  • Collection of payments.
  • Follow up with customers.
  • Making changes to existing reservations and Handle incoming phone calls.

Work Time: (This is a Full Time Job)

  • US full time shift: Starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 12:00 AM

Job Requirements

Must:

  • Must have fluent English.
  • Must be a hard worker.
  • Not older than 28 years .
  • 0-5 years’ experience in Telesales or Customer Service. (Offshore Account).

Willing:

  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to start immediately.
  • Willing to work for full or part time job.

Preferred:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Have knowledge of world geography.
