Job Description
- Understand customer requirements and writes customer requirement specification document.
- Lead the team of software developers of different development platforms
- Propose the functional design of the software to be developed according to the software development model selected (waterfall, agile, etc…)
- Maintain awareness for self and for the team on latest software development techniques and platforms.
- Gain educational levels to enable a better quality software product
- Document or supervise team documentation of the developed software.
- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
- Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team
- Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
Job Requirements
- Experience as software architect
- Experience in software development and coding in various languages (C#, .NET, Java etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
- Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design
- Understanding of software quality assurance principles
- A technical mindset with great attention to detail
- High quality organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Software development process/team management/High-level knowledge of business solution (Exchange, Lync, CRM, etc…).
