Job Description
- Take the request from the client either by phone call or by visiting his premises.
- Conduct file search in our data bank, website as per specific criteria.
- Conduct screening CVs received as a result of publishing advertisement or website search etc..
- Conduct initial interviews if required and make assessment reports.
- Phone interviews & face to face interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Send the client short-listed CVs and the related assessment reports.
- Receive feedback on the short-listed CVs from client.
- Scheduling Technical Interview.
- Coordinating the final interviews and hiring process.
- Get the approval of the selected candidates on the job offer.
- Issue the invoice for the successful hired people and follow up till collect the invoice.
- Make a replacement at the case of first candidate prove unsatisfactory.
