About the Job
  • Take the request from the client either by phone call or by visiting his premises.
  • Conduct file search in our data bank, website as per specific criteria.
  • Conduct screening CVs received as a result of publishing advertisement or website search etc..
  • Conduct initial interviews if required and make assessment reports.
  • Phone interviews & face to face interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Send the client short-listed CVs and the related assessment reports.
  • Receive feedback on the short-listed CVs from client.
  • Scheduling Technical Interview.
  • Coordinating the final interviews and hiring process.
  • Get the approval of the selected candidates on the job offer.
  • Issue the invoice for the successful hired people and follow up till collect the invoice.
  • Make a replacement at the case of first candidate prove unsatisfactory.
