Job Description
- Assist the Payroll and personnel manager, personnel and the Coordination in the administration.
- Responsible for issuing the contracts for new clients and follow up the contracts renewal for all clients.
- Issuance all of the offers to the clients and prepare the tenders in participating with the marketing team.
- Daily tracking client's requests related to contracts, modifications or additions by coordinating with the department manager.
- Tracking the daily correspondence and emails of the Department Manager and coordinate the appointments schedule and the telephone.
- Prepare the job offers for new employees according to client's requests.
- Follow up all of the administrative Requirements of the department and some of the department tasks.
- Issuance of the Salaries letters, warning letters, penalties and experience certificates.
