Job Description
- Responsible for recruitment and selection to fulfill manpower as per planned.
- Follow up and implement the performance appraisal system.
- Follow up and solve workers' grievances.
- Review workers' compensations and verify it.
- Oversee employee's orientations and training.
Job Requirements
- Candidate should have at least 5 years experience in all HR functions.
- Has a good knowledge of Egyptian labor laws.
- Excellent communicator and has a leadership skills.
- Fluent in English & v.good in Ms office.
