Job Description
- We are looking for a presentable, pleasant and competitive Promoter that thrives in attracting in-store new customers.
- The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives vs target achievement.
- He must be comfortable making dozens of product/services presentations, generating interest and qualifying sales prospects.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products.
- Responsible for In-Store sellout, market shares and in-store presence through display share and POS material.
- Complete ownership for the product life cycle from arrival to stores, stocking till consumer delivery.
- Identify interest and understand consumer needs and requirements
- Use sales tools within product presentations and demos.
- Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities
- Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products
- Report on demonstration related information from market insights, market news as well as in-store competitor activities.

- Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills.
- Ability to understand consumer needs and handle different types of personalities
- Proven working experience as a promoter is a plus not a must.
- Track record of over-achieving quota is a plus.
