Job Description
TGS is Cairo's hottest new sports/entertainment attraction. As the Site Manager and Gamemaster.
You are overly responsible for:
- All aspects of the Maadi site including but not limited to Customer Service, Safety, Administration, and Operations.
- You will recruit and manage a small team consisting of a Customer Service (Ticketing) Agent, an Assistant Site Manager / Coach, and two general staff.
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have worked as a personal trainer or coach at a top Gym
- 4+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- A University degree in Business Administration or similar field, and excellent English skills.
- You must be in excellent shape, physically fit, and willing and able to work extended hours.
