About the Job
Establish, develop and maintain client database including regular Contact with all clients. Help clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking Sending out the proper details of offered properties for clients over the phone, though E-mails Performing the full cycle of the sales process (Looking for sales leads, Making presentations, Studying the customer needs. Identifying/qualifying potential customers, classifying those customers and converting target accounts to new business. Introduce company products and services to clients. Prepare customer quotations. Following up on customers' requests; Ensure our customer remains satisfied even after closing the deal. Pro-actively identify, seek and develop new clients within the assigned territory. Achieving sales targets and executing sales strategy. Expanding the Company's customer base. Maintain high level of product knowledge, technical competence and market trends.
University Graduate Recommended who has experience in new cairo 3-5 years’ experience in Real estate 2 years in same position Male or female Excellent Communication Skills Negotiating and selling skills Presentable Heliopolis or Nasr City or New Cairo Residents is preferable Presentable
