Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners.
- Provide level 2 support for LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing. Solving hardware or software faults.
Job Requirements
- Excellent technical knowledge of pcs and desktop hardware.
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux (highly recommended)/Mac OS environments.
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
- Good working knowledge in Microsoft office product like Power point, excel and word.
- Office 365 administration
