- Drive high customer satisfaction and exceed business projections.
- Analyze a client’s business needs to identify process improvement methodologies and approaches.
- Translate complex concepts and/or technical information into layman’s terms to foster the highest regard and respect at all client organizational levels.
- Anticipate the client’s needs and pro-actively address problems, adapting to different client environments and customizing solutions to meet customer’s business objectives and exceed expectations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or related degree
- Minimum (1) years of experience in a successful technical sales role, preferably in the material handling industry
- Excellent professional solution selling, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Technical and financial mindset
- Successful customer focused interaction and sales exposure
- Must be a self-starter and have experience selling complex solutions in a highly competitive industry
- AutoCAD/ SolidWorks – ability to develop conceptual layouts
- Intermediate level MS Office skills in (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Prior experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments a plus
