Job Description
- Introduces the approved Sales promotions & packages to customers.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with service provided.
- Monitor the loss of sales record & feedback regularly to Accessories manager.
- Manage Accessories Technician and make sure the install the accessories in the efficiency way and in suitable time to meet Toyota Egypt standers.
- Improve accessories sales through professionally explaining the advantages & functions of Accessories to customers.
- Communicate with technical support dept. to assure the best fitting of new Accessories and to avoid any technical issue.
- Perform the final quality check on the Accessories.
- Keep monitoring the newly introduced Accessories In the market.
- Coordinate and monitor deliveries.
- Maintain and monitor expenses and accounts receivable.
- Assist Accessories Manager in developing and implementing promotional programs.
- Maintain record & report all necessary data needed for KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Ability to prepare sales report.
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent leadership skills
- Customer service orientation
