Job Description

  • We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints.
  • You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
  • To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
  • Record daily Attendance of employees.
  • اعداد تقريرالحضور والانصراف اليومي الخاص بالموظفين
  • متابعة واعداد اجازات الموظفين
  •  متابعة العملاء والرد علي استفساراتهم وشكاوي العملاء 
  • الرد علي المكالمات الخارجية الخاصة بالمصنع

Job Requirements

  • Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel & Word) 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Graduates only
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
