Job Description
- Managing the engineering to ensure maximum operating efficiency and to achieve daily production rate and achieve productivity objectives.
- Responsible for managing engineering team to ensure maximum operating efficiency and effective capital project execution according to the Time Plan.
- Responsible for the development of the factory and Project improvements.
- Work within a team as the main coordinator in the implementation.
- Lead Cost Reduction Project within the Organization to ensure its effectiveness and implementation.
- Lead, motivate and develop Engineering team including technical training to develop full integration of engineering support to production lines.
- Assist in managing staff in relation to performance, financial management and quality assurance.
- Ensuring that corporate frameworks which allow for effective monitoring are followed.
Job Requirements
- Engineering graduate - Mechanical.
- Language Fluency: English, Arabic.
- Excellent technical writing / proofreading professional skills in Arabic, English.
- Quality work: furnishing presentable and neat documents.
- Very good communication with foreign nationalities in English.
- Curiosity to learn and enlarge technical/managerial terminology and experience.
- Computer Proficiency: Long-term excellent knowledge of PC hardware/software installation and concepts
- Automotive background.
