Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
- Create project repository on Configuration Management (CM)
- Control and manage project changes
- Define the configuration Items (CIs) based on the defined criteria
- Take informal baseline (tag) on iteration CIs.
- Take deployment baseline
- Maintain back up procedure
- Build the system in the testing server
- Ensure that all project work product have been uploaded the CM Audit
- Conduct the CM Audit
- Check in all project work products during baseline
- Build the system in the testing server
- Close the project
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in IT related discipline
- 3+ years of experience as a configuration manager
- Background in SDLC including Agile & Scrum
- Experience with storing, tracking, and managing configuration items using configuration management tools, including: source code control, and project management.
- Experience with maintaining the CM environment for hardware and software product build, staging, testing, and integration
- Experience with applying concepts and defining hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures
- Ability to analyze hardware and software version control processes, policies, and procedures and ensure that they are followed on hardware and software development projects
- Ability to serve as an advisor to a Configuration Control Board (CCB)
- Experience in defining and creating product build scripts and procedures and integrating those scripts with the hardware and software build process
