Job Description
- Receive, follow up and execute confirmed orders with workshops
- Receive finished orders from production, ensure quality control over finished items, wrap and merchandise for delivery
- Help in design process and manage production flow
- Responsible for daily petty cash
- Handle daily tasks with management
- Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
- Keep track of inventory (in stock, outlets and shop), updating sold items and ensuring replacement of sold and low stock items
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ in applied art
- Experience with creative thinking and problem-solving
- Experience in managing and supervising others
- Experience in quality control, administrative and organizational skills
- Hard-working, dedicated and persistent
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong follow up skills and able to meet deadlines
- Multi-tasking is a must, can work under pressure
- Able to make decisions and work independently to meet objectives and deadlines
- Able to take decisions and work independently to meet objectives and keep noise away from management
