Job Description

  • Receive, follow up and execute confirmed orders with workshops
  • Receive finished orders from production, ensure quality control over finished items, wrap and merchandise for delivery
  • Help in design process and manage production flow
  • Responsible for daily petty cash
  • Handle daily tasks with management
  • Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
  • Keep track of inventory (in stock, outlets and shop), updating sold items and ensuring replacement of sold and low stock items

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors’ in applied art
  • Experience with creative thinking and problem-solving
  • Experience in managing and supervising others
  • Experience in quality control, administrative and organizational skills
  • Hard-working, dedicated and persistent
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Strong follow up skills and able to meet deadlines
  • Multi-tasking is a must, can work under pressure
  • Able to make decisions and work independently to meet objectives and deadlines
  • Able to take decisions and work independently to meet objectives and keep noise away from management
