Job Description
We are looking Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultant who has expertise in configurations and support.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Provide consulting, programming, training, installation and support for clients using
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Gather and understand client functional requirements
- Configure the application to meet a client’s requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics
- CRM Customization Tool and Workflow Tool
- Configure and customize CRM application
- Provide end-user and system administrator training
- Experience implementing CRM applications
Job Requirements
Qualifications / Skills:
- +5 years of experience in production applications support and Release Management activities.
- Proven track record for handling CRM Dynamics applications support
- Hands-on experience with developing / debugging / root cause analysis / troubleshooting skills
- Consulting skills, learning curve, and positive attitude are must.
- Exposure to any ticketing system would be a plus.
- Demonstrate awareness of Best Practices in industry.
- Candidate should be hard worker with excellent communication skills.
