Job Description
- Prepares a detailed project work schedule in addition to work plans.
- Coordinates the internal resources of the project and coordinating with external parties and suppliers in order to ensure that the project is running in the fullest possible way disadvantages.
- Develops a detailed project plan and following up on the progress of work on it.
- Predicts the resources and resources needed to achieve the project objectives and manage the project's resources in an effective manner that achieves its efficiency, scope of work.
- Prepares project budgets according to the business need
- Tracks all project costs to ensure that the budget is properly covered.
- Provides stakeholders with all project updates on a regular basis and providing them with the necessary information on planning strategies and administrative processes and their adjustments.
- Organizes and manage contracts with suppliers.
- Uses of the best techniques and management techniques throughout the entire project implementation process.
- Prepares reports for the senior management department regarding the status of the project.
- Measures the effectiveness of the project’s performance by using the necessary tools and techniques.
- Reduces the risks that the project may be exposed to as much as possible
- Preparing spreadsheets, diagrams, graphs, and maps that illustrate how the workflow
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration or any related field
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office and its applications.
