- Extensive experience in buying high end brands.
- Visit clothing, shoe and accessory manufacturers and attend trade shows in order to determine what fashion items Beymen Store will carry each season.
- Stay current with trends and offer competitive pricing, study the market fit from each brand upon buying from the season's collection.
- Travel internationally on a regular basis to foreign manufacturing sites and fashion shows.
- Build rapport with customer, understand their taste and meet their needs.
- Analyze consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends.
- Review performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels.
- Manage & plan for stock levels.
- React to changes in demand and logistics.
- Meet suppliers and negotiating terms of contract.
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products.
- Participate and recommend promotional activities.
- Write reports and forecasting sales levels.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or fashion.
- Job Skills: Confidence, risk taking, decisiveness and customer oriented.
- Knowledge and experience of current high end brands is a must.
- Language: Excellent Command of English, a second language is a plus.
