Job Description
- Take the orders from the customers correctly and deliver it to the branch
- Check customers detail in an accurate way
- Offer additional items to the customer while on the call
- Re-check the order with the customer while on the call and offer additional item
- Check the availability of the products in the branch to avoid taking order for an unavailable item and suggest a substitute item instead.
- Follow up on delayed orders in the branch and coordinate with the call center supervisor to communicate with the branch
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any major
- 1 year working experience in any field
