Job Description
- Answers incoming calls, directs them as needed or takes messages.
- Supports administration team in department projects/events.
- Coordinates with courier and mailing to dispatch parcels to related parties. Files administration documents (purchase orders, invoices, contracts,..).
- Manages the reception area to ensure environment is professionally maintained. Issues visitors badges and assists visitors in their requests.
- Manage corporate communication account (voice and data lines) with external provider.
- Handle all travel requests and reservations inside and outside Egypt.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any major
- 1 year working experience in any field
- Advanced Computer skills
- Intermediate English
- Competency: communication skills, time management and highly organized
