Job Description
- Understand the clients’’ needs and translate the “idea” to a design concept
- Working closely with the graphic designers to produce the generated concepts according to standards
- Determining the best ways for achieving the constant flow of work.
- Lead creative sessions for the projects
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
- Follow up the Art designers, and guide them through implementing work.
- Guide the deadlines of projects, as he is totally responsible for accomplishing the dates.
- Delegating out sources through all channels, ads, interviews, etc.., as the decision will be upon his responsibility
Job Requirements
- 6-9 years Experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or any field plus an additional
- Agency experience is preferred
- Has good presentation skills
- Proven record of handling and Tier1 client’s’ needs
