Job Description
- Implements maintain and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
- Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- Can Join Immediately
- Experience in human resources or related field not less than 10 years.
- Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing.
- HR Diploma
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Strong Experience in Payroll & Personnel
- 10+ years of HR Experience in a recognized company.
- Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
- Outstanding phone and email etiquette
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
