Job Description
- The marketeer will be part of the management team working closely with the CEO in repositioning Filkhedma's brand and aggressively growing its user base. Responsibilities would include:
- Revising overall marketing strategy and continuously revisiting it
- Thinking about repositioning the brand in light of the marketing strategy
- Responsibility for managing efficiently a budget of millions of pounds in marketing spend
- Coming up with promotional campaigns and liaising with advertising agencies when needed
- Analyzing and suggesting price changes / promotions
- Revisiting customer experience in light of marketing strategy
- Managing all digital marketing activities including Facebook and GDN
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a marketing / advertising function and preferably someone who worked in both functions
- Strong entrepreneurial skills and ability to build a structured marketing function
- Track record of execution in online and offline promotional campaigns
- Analytical mindset in approaching marketing decisions
- Ability to think creatively / participate in a creative process in coming up with promotional campaigns
- Strong managerial skills
