Job Description
- Owning and leading the design and delivery of “Aspirational” programs
- Managing the Talent and Development work stream to embed a lifelong learning culture across the organization
- Developing high – quality learning solutions using various methodologies, resources and tools
- Data analysis and ROI of learning solutions delivered
- Providing consultancy to teams to identify learning requirements
- Supporting line managers in creating effective development solutions using internal resources and external suppliers
- Managing external suppliers’ relationships
- Driving a coaching and mentoring culture across the business
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- Spoken and written Arabic and English is required
- Computer literate and familiar with database maintenance
